We are a team of Project Management Professionals (PMP®) that are dedicated to providing Project, Process and Creative Operation solutions for mid-size businesses. We work together to discover, design, deploy and grow your workflow to optimize your project management practices.
WHAT WE DO.
As a manager of integrated services (MIS) we design, build and manages your full stack technology to increase efficiency and reduce waste. We provide remote or on-site consultation to identify gaps and bottlenecks that reduce efficiency. We provide first in class consulting by implementing industry standard practices. We help organizations build processes and systems that meet their needs by observing and discovering ineffective practices and implementing practical solutions. We take on the management of your Digital Assets (DAM) so that you can focus on running your business.
WHY THE NAME WORKBENCH?
An ode to an upbringing. As a kid, Luis and his brother were always helping Dad. Dad was in maintenance; though they didn’t have much, he taught his boys the value of hard work. At every job was an old workbench, covered in tools for any job. He taught us that the right tools will save the most time, and that the greatest tool was between our ears. The tools you use are what we refer to as your Workbench. We offer a different kind of management now, but we still believe in working hard and using the right tools to help people save time.

potential. As an entrepreneur and family man, I understand the importance of leaving work at work. I started workbench to give organizational leaders more peace of mind and more time to spend where it matters most. I want to put my expertise in automation and project management to work and help your organization design unique systems and strategies that will provide practical solutions to virtually any dilemma.
